Dr Zohal’s journey in the world of dentistry led her to create something truly remarkable. a thriving dental clinic, Significant Smiles, located in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD. She is renowned for her passionate dedication, unending quest for knowledge, compassionate care, and the incredible transformations she brings to her patients.
Dr Zohal completed her Bachelor of Oral Health and Graduate Diploma in Dentistry at Griffith University following a successful medical research and teaching career in field of Human Anatomy at University of Queensland. With years of Volunteering and running dental clinics at Cherbourg rural QLD, with dire need of dental services and volunteering her skills internationally has truly developed a deeper love and appreciation for Dentistry, compassion for her patients and the power of smile transformation.
One of the distinguishing features of Dr. Azami’s practice is her gentle, genuine care for her patients. Patients often describe her as a comforting presence, alleviating the fears and anxieties that can accompany dental appointments which fosters trust and a strong connection with her patients. She knows that a beautiful smile is not just about teeth; it’s about the person behind that smile. Dr Azami goes the extra mile to understand her patients’ individual needs and concerns, ensuring that every visit is as comfortable and deliver personalised treatments.

She prides herself on being gentle and caring while assisting complex dental procedures. Judy is also fluent in Mandarin as well as English. When not at work, Judy enjoys trying new recipes of desserts and playing piano. Judy is a dedicated dental assistant and loves what she does. With her expertise and commitment to patient care, she is an invaluable asset to her team.

Front Team and Lead Assistant
Bianca is one of our friendly dental assistants and front team member who loves connecting with our patients. She is always bubbly and caring towards both staff and patients, making sure everyone is comfortable and taken care of. Bianca is an essential part of the team and is always willing to help out in any way she can. She loves to learn new things and is always looking for ways to improve her skills. Bianca loves camping, 4wd (4 wheel driving) and mountain climbing with every free chance I get with her partner and gorgeous dog Honey. “I fell into dental assisting 2 years ago, have completed advanced qualifications and absolutely love it. I hope to become a dentist in the years to come which would be the biggest accomplishment”

Kelly, one of the most caring and hospital personalities you will come across. Born in Brasilia, Brazil, Kelly discovered her love for dentistry in 2004 before attending accounting school. As she worked with her dentist to cover for the holidays of one of her employees, Kelly learned more about dentistry and decided to pursue it as a career. She was inspired by the professionals she worked with who cared about the comfort and well-being of their patients and continue to provide her patients with meaningful smiles. Kelly has equally fallen in love with beautiful Brisbane with her husband of 15years, loves exploring and living life to fullest during their time off

How do I book an appointment
Call our friendly team and they will help you arrange an appointment. We are available 4 days per week, from 8.00 am to 5pm. On Friday we are open from 8 – 12pm.
What if I am anxious to visit the dentist?
We know it can be a daunting process, so we make sure we guide you through every step of the way and make you feel as comfortable as can be. Our team is trained to help you feel at ease from the moment you arrive in our practice, additionally we also offer various means of sedation
Do you offer government rebates
We offer Veteran, Pension Concession and Child Dental Benefits Schedule rebates.
Can I pay in installments?
